MY MOUNTAIN ADVENTURE

The little adventurers

From 5 to 10 years old

This summer, children aged 5 to 10 can enjoy real mountain adventures with the ESF Sainte-Foy nature camps. Their days are filled with sporting activities, outdoor games and exploring nature.

Supervised by a caring team, they’ll explore the mountains through fun activities centred around four themes: water, flora, fauna and the forest. It’s a fun way to raise their awareness of the richness of the mountain environment!

Activities & games
We have put together a weekly programme for kids packed full of fun and nature-based activities in the heart of Sainte Foy. Activities on offer include:
- Following the animal tracks
- Looking for marmots
- Land’Art
- Hide & seek in the great outdoors
- Dam building
- Escape game
- Making a mill
- Werewolf game
- DIY insect hotel
- DIY bird feeder
- Olympiads
- Trampoline
- Treetop adventures (Minimum height: 1m20)
- Laser target practice
- Mini golf

WHAT THEY NEED

For your child
What they need :
- Rucksack
- trainers or walking shoes
- Cap or hat
- Sunglasses and sunscreen
- Fleece and waterproof jacket
- Swimsuit and towel
- water bottle

Don't forget to pack both a picnic and snacks (these are not provided)

- Please arrive between 9am & 9.15am each morning.

- Minimum age: Children must be aged 5 by the start of the course (proof of age will be required).

- A minimum of 2 is required for the group to run. If only 1 person is booked in, the session may be cancelled with the option of either a refund or an alternative session. You will be informed of this in advance.

- An afternoon session can be booked in resort for €35 depending on availability.
